Same Same Studio sells art posters and printed products.

We strive to present products as accurately as possible. Colors and print appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before completing the purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price valid at the time of purchase applies.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers.

An order becomes binding once an order confirmation has been sent to the customer by email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or technical errors.

4. Delivery

We ship within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged.

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, designs, texts, logos and graphics, is the intellectual property of Same Same Studio.

Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Purchase of a product does not transfer intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Same Same Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow care instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or transportation issues.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Consumers have the right to bring disputes before the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.

Consumers within the European Union may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
